How the house earns it
Provably fair
The moment you open a case, our server draws your watch and computes a cryptographic seal: the SHA-256 hash of the watch's identifier and a random nonce. That seal is shown to you before any reveal animation plays.
After the reveal, you receive the watch identifier and the nonce. Anyone can recompute the hash — here, or with any SHA-256 tool — and confirm it matches the seal you were shown. If it matches, the outcome was fixed before the animation began and could not have been changed in between.
The reveal reel is part of the same proof. Every slot that spins past the pointer is drawn by the identical weighted odds as the reveal itself, seeded deterministically from your seal's nonce — fixed before the animation begins. A near-miss on the reel happens exactly as often as honest odds produce one; nothing about the strip can be steered after your outcome is sealed.
Every piece in your Vault keeps its seal permanently, so any reveal can be verified at any time.
Sealed
Your watch is drawn and hashed the moment you commit. The seal appears on screen before anything moves.
Revealed
The ceremony plays. Because the seal already exists, the outcome cannot be changed mid-animation.
Verified
You receive the watch ID and nonce. Recompute the hash below — or with any SHA-256 tool on earth.
Verify a reveal
Pre-filled with a working example — verify it with one glance, then paste the values from any of your own reveals.
Authenticity
Every watch that enters the house will be inspected and verified by a watchmaker before it is listed, and inspected again before it ships to you — with authenticity warranted in writing on every shipment. That is the standard the house is built to.
Pieces ship fully insured, with adult signature required on delivery.
(Demo Mode: fulfillment operations are simulated. Sourcing, verification workflow, and warranty terms to be finalized with operations and counsel.)
The Reserve
When a reveal's listed value comes in under the price of the case you opened, the difference is credited to your Reserve automatically. Your Reserve balance is visible in your Vault and accrues with your account.
This happens quietly and every time — there is nothing to claim and no conditions to meet.
(Mechanics description for the demo. Final terms, including how Reserve credits may be used, to be defined with counsel.)
