Are the watches real?+
The catalog lists real, verifiable references, and every physical piece will be authenticated before it is listed and inspected again before it ships. (This site is currently a demonstration in Demo Mode — no real purchases or shipments happen yet.)
How do reveals work?+
When you open a case, our server draws your watch and seals the outcome with a SHA-256 hash shown to you before any animation plays. After the reveal you receive everything needed to verify that the outcome was fixed in advance — on our Provably Fair page or with any independent tool.
What are my chances?+
Every case page shows its full contents and the odds for each rarity tier, along with each tier's value range — before you open.
Can I sell a watch back?+
Yes. Every reveal comes with an instant offer, credited to your wallet the moment you accept. Pieces held in your Vault can be sold or shipped at any time.
How does shipping work?+
Fully insured delivery with adult signature required. Every piece will be inspected before it leaves the house. (Demo Mode: shipments are simulated.)
Who can open cases?+
Availability, eligibility, and age requirements will be published before launch. In Demo Mode, anyone can explore the experience with demonstration credits.
